Poroshield Series

Sintered Metal Cartridge Filter

Poroshield filters are high-performance, multi-layer sintered metal filters designed for demanding industrial applications. Constructed from SS316, C-276, or Titanium, they provide exceptional corrosion resistance, withstand extreme temperatures and pressures, and are cleanable for extended service life.

  • 100% SS316, C-276, or Titanium construction for superior durability
  • Absolute-rated filtration from 0.5 to 100 microns
  • Rigid pore structure resists media migration and deformation
  • Cleanable and backwashable for cost-effective reuse
  • Withstands aggressive chemicals, high pressures, and high temperatures

Additional Details

Poroshield filters are manufactured through high-temperature sintering of metal powders to create a fixed, rigid pore structure. This process produces a durable filter element capable of withstanding thermal cycling, corrosive fluids, and high differential pressures. Their reusability and long service life make them an economical choice over disposable filter elements in a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, desalination, chemical processing, and marine applications.
