At WEFTEC in Chicago we connected with professionals across industries, from power and energy to mining and municipal water treatment. These conversations confirmed that the need for reliable, efficient filtration is growing and that Canadian made solutions have a unique role to play. Back home in Cambridge we welcomed Pierre Poilievre, Leader of the Official Opposition, and MP Connie Cody to our facility, giving us the chance to showcase our strengths and share the challenges Canadian manufacturers face.

When we welcomed Pierre Poilievre, Leader of the Official Opposition, and Cambridge MP Connie Cody to our facility, it was more than a tour. It was a chance to showcase the strengths of Canadian manufacturing, from sourcing Canadian steel to completing every step in house with skilled local talent. It was also an opportunity to bring to light the unique challenges that manufacturers like Fil-Trek face in today’s global market.
