Fabricated Basket Strainers
ASME Code and non-code design fabricated basket strainers with custom solutions up to ANSI 2500
Industrial Fabricated Strainers
Fil-Trek manufactures fabricated basket strainers for pipeline protection and process applications. Our strainers are custom engineered for simplex, duplex, Y-type, and inline configurations in sizes from 1" to 48" and larger with pressure ratings up to ANSI Class 2500.
All strainers available in ASME Section VIII Division 1 code-stamped or economic non-code designs. Material options include carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, and other exotic alloys for corrosive and high-temperature services.
Strainer Types & Applications
- Simplex Basket: Single basket design for batch operations, low-flow systems
- Duplex Basket: Twin baskets for continuous flow, no-shutdown changeover
- Y-Strainers: Compact design for horizontal or vertical piping
- Temporary/Cone: Startup strainers, pipeline commissioning protection
- T-Type: Large-bore applications with side access
Perforated or wire mesh screens from 1/32" to 1/2" openings. Quick-opening closures, blow-down connections, and differential pressure monitoring options. As a North American strainer manufacturer, Fil-Trek delivers custom designs with competitive lead times.
