Fil-Trek Corporation Acquires Liquid Flow Mfg. Inc.

Ontario, Canada – February 2020
As of January 24, 2020, Fil-Trek has successfully completed the acquisition of Liquid Flow Mfg. Inc., manufacturer of piping systems, skid systems, pipe assembly and skid assembly.

“Acquiring Liquid Flow Mfg. Inc. was only a natural next step in improving what Fil-Trek is already renowned for, quality Canadian made ASME code filtration equipment. Considering we work with piping and skid fabrication and assembly on a regular basis it was a very easy decision,” said Lou Faustini, Fil-Trek President.

This acquisition will only strengthen Fil-Trek’s market share in the water, oil & gas, power generation and industrial filtration markets by providing a single source for piping and skid fabrication solutions tailored to each project.

Fil-Trek intends to keep Liquid Flow Mfg. Inc. current manufacturing standards and staffing as it currently operates while monitoring its processes and gradually incorporate Fil-Trek Corporation’s ERP system to improve transparency and project tracking between the two business entities.
