Project Overview

With the explosive growth of data center construction, our customer required a large quantity of filtration systems on an accelerated schedule.
The scope included more than 50 LP Series Multi-Bag Filter Housings and 10 GL Series Multi-Cartridge Filter Housings for phase 1 of a new hyperscalar datacenter.

Because these systems are critical path components within the cooling and process water loops, the project demanded rapid turnaround and consistent build quality.

Our Solution

To meet the delivery requirement, Fil-Trek leveraged its stocking and rapid-build programs, shipping 21 housings immediately from existing inventory while the balance moved through expedited fabrication.

Working closely with the customer's engineering team, we customized both product lines to include our integrated spring-assist headlift system, which simplifies filter change-outs and reduces footprint.

Results

Due to the effectiveness of the supply strategy and product customization, the customer expanded the program to additional build phases.
In 2025, Fil-Trek has supplied more than 200 combined LP and GL Series filter housings to this single data center campus in under a year, demonstrating our ability to scale production while maintaining technical precision and delivery reliability.
